1 out of 5 starsUPDATE 1/28/22: I finally received the item, 2 months after I placed it. I kept it as the hassle of returning to Ukraine is probably ridiculous right now. The reason for this negative review is not quality of merchandise, but communication from seller. IF she had something like Ukraine is a shit show right now with all that is going on, I would have been so patient. That was not the case. This seller is a fraud. I have never received my order. If they ever come back online to ETSY avoid them like the BLACK DEATH! I communicated with seller, got scolded in return, have escalated this for dispute in every place I can and now they are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND on ETSY. I don't know what happened, and I might have been understanding if the seller had initiated communication but she NEVER DID! BUYER BEWARE!

• Gently hand washed in in warm water (up to 30 degrees C or 86 degrees Fahrenheit), using a wool/silk detergent.
• Rinse in warm water. Press, create the correct shape of your feet and leave to dry.

How fast can I get my order?
• Slippers are made to order, it takes about 3-5 business days.
• Standard international delivery is usually 3-4 weeks.
• UPS Express to USA, Canada for 3-5 business day.
• Select the appropriate delivery method on the checkout page.
• Delivery time may change due to delays at customs or logistics problems.
Purchase returns
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
• Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
